Residential architectural models are built at three different levels of detail, to best fit your model purpose and budget.

Type 1: Basic

(Approx. Price Range = $3,500 to $5,000)
This is the most common type because of the price and is usually used for the study model required by design review. It includes a laser cut and scored museum board house with a painted foamboard topo.

Type 2: Advanced

(Approx. Price Range = $5,000 to $9,000)
This model has the same laser cut and scored museum board house as type 1 but the topo is sculpted from rigid urethane foam and landscaped with all the accurate colors and trees. A presentation base, cherry trim, and curved roll-top dustcover are included in this type 2.

Type 3: Ultimate

(Approx. Price Range = $8,000 to $12,000+)
This is the ultimate architectural model and most popular for spec builds. A complete photorealistic model made from laser cut and scored acrylic and styrene, and then painted with the appropriate colors/patterns. Every surface will be modeled to resemble the actual material used as close as possible. Each color will be at least a 2 color paint pattern. Even asphalt is painted using a 4 color paint pattern. The windows are actually translucent. This type 3 has the same topo as type 2 which is sculpted from rigid urethane and landscaped with all the accurate colors and trees. A presentation base, cherry trim, and curved roll-top dustcover are also included in this type 3.
