3D Digital Optical Scanning / Digitizing Services Available
Master Designs is now offering in-house 3D Digital Optical Scanning using our new Optimet ConoProbe Scanner. The ConoProbe is a non-contact, single-point measuring sensor based on conoscopic holography technology. Our envelope size is 48" x 96" x 3". If your part fits within those parameters, we can optically digitize your 3D part. Great for reverse engineering an existing part to be CNC routered or lasercut. Not only does our digitizing service allow for scanning of larger parts, but it achieves significant improvements in measurement ability, speed, precision and overall efficiency over contact probing scanners. You determine the scan accuracy required and we will do the rest. We will provide you with your scan via email or CD/DVD. 24 hour turnaround time is available. Contact us for a quote.
